This site is provided for informational and personal portfolio purposes. Content may change without notice. Visiting the site, using its AI chat, or sending a message does not create an employment, professional, advisory, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship with me.

Unless otherwise stated, the portfolio's original text, design, graphics, and other materials are owned by Aidan Connaughton. You may view and link to public pages for personal, informational, and recruiting purposes. No other license to copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works is granted. Third-party names, marks, images, software, and linked materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the site or its APIs.
• Don’t submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through forms or chat.
• Don’t attempt to bypass security/verification mechanisms (including Turnstile).
• Don’t impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
• Don’t use automated tools to scrape, probe, or repeatedly access the site in a disruptive manner.

You retain any rights you have in text you submit. You give me and the service providers identified in the Privacy Policy permission to transmit, process, store, and display that text only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, protect the site, and respond to you. You are responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it.

Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, health information, another person's private information, trade secrets, or other confidential or sensitive material.

The AI chat is provided for convenience. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice, a factual guarantee, or a statement made personally by Aidan Connaughton.

Messages, recent conversation context, generated replies, and a response identifier may be transmitted to OpenAI for moderation and response generation as described in the Privacy Policy.

This site uses third-party services including Cloudflare Workers for hosting and server execution, network delivery, security, operational logging, Turnstile verification, and Access-protected previews; OpenAI for AI features; Discord for message delivery; and other hosting or network providers when the VPS-compatible deployment or linked services are used. It also links to websites I do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not imply endorsement, and I’m not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

I may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature, including chat, contact forms, demos, project servers, and APIs, at any time. I may block access or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its visitors, service providers, or others.

The site is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not submit personal information through the contact form or AI chat.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
